Yes. Cancel from your account page. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, no questions asked. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable.

Can I share my account with my team?

Subscriptions are individual. We detect and disable accounts used by multiple people simultaneously. If you need team access, email hello@theartoflogistics.com — team plans are coming.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported.

Do you charge sales tax?

We collect US sales tax where required by law. The exact amount appears at checkout.
